Official Terms and Conditions
"The 6-Week Debloat Challenge" International Prize Contest
These Terms and Conditions govern the international prize contest connected to the challenge "The 6-Week Debloat Challenge" (in the app; in advertising: "Lymphatic Drainage Pilates: The 6-Week Debloat"; in copy, "the Challenge"), organised by TRAININPINK RR FZCO, Unit No: 1504, HDS Business Center, Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (the "Promoter"). The Challenge takes place on the English-language version of the Traininpink app.
1. Promoter and administration
The contest is organised and administered by the Promoter. The Promoter may engage third-party service providers for the administration of the contest.
2. Contest period
The Challenge runs from Monday 12 October 2026 to Sunday 22 November 2026. Winners will be selected by 30 November 2026. One session unlocks each day for the duration of the Challenge; 42 sessions in total.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to natural persons aged 18 or over at the date of entry who are residents of the United Kingdom, the United States of America, Canada (excluding Quebec) or Australia.
Entrants must hold an active, paid subscription to the Traininpink app (English version) that is not in cancellation at the date of the winner selection. Users on a free trial may take part in the Challenge but are not eligible for prizes; if an irregularity in payment occurs or payment is not completed after the trial period, the entry will be invalidated and, in the event of a win, a reserve will take the winner’s place.
Employees and collaborators of the Promoter, and anyone involved in the organisation or administration of the contest, are not eligible.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
4. How to enter
To enter, during the contest period the participant must: (1) open the Traininpink app, English version; (2) go to the Challenges section; (3) accept the Challenge "The 6-Week Debloat Challenge"; (4) at the moment of acceptance, upload her "before" photograph in the dedicated section; (5) take part in the Challenge; (6) at the end of the Challenge, upload her "after" photograph in the dedicated section.
The "before" photograph can only be uploaded at the moment of acceptance of the Challenge and cannot be uploaded or replaced at a later date. The Challenge can be joined at any time after 12 October 2026; participants who start later will have less time available than those who started on 12 October 2026. No minimum number of completed sessions is required to enter the prize contest.
Only photographs uploaded inside the app, through the dedicated Challenge function, will be considered. Photographs sent by email, direct message on social networks, messaging services or any channel other than the app will not be considered.
5. Photograph requirements
In both the "before" and the "after" photograph, the participant must hold a sheet of paper clearly showing the date on which the photograph was taken.
The two photographs must be taken in the same pose (front, back, side, or all of them), in the same light and in the same or similar clothing.
The two photographs must allow the jury to make a comparative assessment of the physical transformation.
The Promoter reserves the right to exclude photographs that: do not comply with the entry requirements; lack the date indication; do not allow a proper comparative assessment; have been manipulated or altered through photo editing or AI tools in a way that artificially modifies the participant’s physical appearance; are offensive, unlawful or contrary to law or public decency; depict a person other than the participant; or do not allow the participant’s identity to be verified.
6. Winner selection
At the end of the contest period, the Promoter will carry out a technical pre-selection to verify compliance with these Terms and identify the eligible entries to be submitted to the jury.
The jury will be composed of: Carlotta Gagna; Matteo Minero; one additional member appointed by the Promoter. Some members may attend remotely.
The jury will assess the "before" and "after" photographs uploaded in the app and establish the ranking of the winners. The judging criterion is the most evident physical transformation resulting from the comparison of the "before" and the "after" photograph, considering in particular the overall perceptibility of the change shown by the two images. This is a contest of skill: winners are determined exclusively by the jury’s comparative assessment of the entries, and chance plays no part in the selection.
The jury will establish a ranking of at least 26 positions: 13 winners and 13 reserves, in decreasing order of assessment. In the event of a tie, the jury will carry out a further comparative assessment of the entries concerned to determine the order of the ranking.
7. Prizes
A total of 13 cash prizes will be awarded, for an overall value of USD 4,500:
- 1st place: USD 2,000
- 2nd place: USD 1,000
- 3rd place: USD 500
- 4th to 13th place: USD 100 each (10 prizes)
Prizes are paid in US dollars (or the equivalent in the winner’s local currency at the exchange rate on the date of payment) by bank transfer within 60 days of validation of the win. Each winner is responsible for any taxes, duties or charges applicable to her prize under the laws of her country of residence. Prizes are personal, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged.
8. Winner notification and acceptance
Winners will be notified by email to the address associated with their Traininpink account. Within 3 (three) days of receipt of the win notification, each winner must send the Promoter: the prize acceptance form, completed and signed; and a copy of a valid identity document.
If no response is received within the deadline, or if the documentation is incomplete or non-compliant, the winner automatically forfeits the right to the prize, which will be awarded to the first available reserve in the ranking, who must confirm acceptance following the same procedure and deadlines.
Unclaimed or forfeited prizes remain at the disposal of the Promoter.
9. Delivery of prizes and liability
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failed delivery of notifications or prizes due to incorrect, incomplete or untrue email addresses or personal or payment details provided by winners, nor for technical failures not attributable to the Promoter. Upon receipt of the prize, the winner acquires full ownership and availability of it; the Promoter is released from any responsibility following delivery.
The Promoter declines any responsibility for access problems, malfunctions or difficulties concerning devices, connections or networks that may prevent a user from taking part in the contest.
10. Personal data
The Promoter is the data controller of the personal data processed for the purposes of the contest, in accordance with the applicable data protection laws (including, where applicable, the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR). The privacy notice is available at https://www.traininpink.net/privacy-policy/
11. General
Participation in the contest implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms where necessary for legal or regulatory reasons, and to suspend or cancel the contest in case of events beyond its reasonable control, in each case without prejudice to the rights already acquired by participants.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of DMCC, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections applicable in the participant’s country of residence.
