Carlotta's Golden Milk

Carlotta's Golden Milk is a delicious drink that you can prepare in just a few minutes. Here's how!


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of milk (coconut for an exotic touch);
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder;
  • A pinch of black pepper (to improve the absorption of curcumin);
  • Honey to sweeten;
  • A pinch of cinnamon (my secret ingredient).


Procedimento:

  • Riscaldare il latte a fuoco medio-basso;
  • Aggiungere la curcuma, il pepe nero e la cannella;
  • Mescolare bene finché tutti gli ingredienti sono ben incorporati;
  • Dolcificare a piacere con il miele;
  • Versare nella propria tazza preferita e godersi questo comfort dorato!
